When my washers first arrived the first set went straight on with no problem. The 2nd and third sets proved to be more of a challenge which I stated in my first review.
The company came back to me following my review and asked me to confirm my reel make and models. Instantly the offered me replacement ice washers which arrived today and fitted perfectly. I am so pleased with my Nash LR 10,000 reels and the superb upgrade of the ice washers.
Perfect after sales service and now perfectly fitting washers.
