We support support domestic and international shipping zones from our UK distribution centre.
All shipments are made using Royal Mail. For the latest information on their estimated shipping times and delivery policies please visit www.royalmail.com.
For all shipments we recommend using signed and tracked delivery. Unfortunately if you choose standard delivery we will not be responsible for lost post.
Shipping times are calculated once the order has been fulfilled, not once the order has been placed.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help! We offer free returns or exchanges within 14 days of receiving your order. You can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method. Buyer pays for postage.

To initiate a return or exchange, please complete the following steps:
Contact and supply order reference information.
State your order reference and which products you wish to return or exchange.
Wait for confirmation of refund or exchange email with return shipping address.
Send all items back to us using the address provided.
