I was washing and cleaning my reels after a beach session and noticed the clutch on one was sticky so i ilooked into replacing/upgrading the washers. The reel was an unbranded, promotional one I've had for years. I emailed Ice washers on a Saturday evening and received a reply on Sunday. A few more emails later and David had recommended the washers i required after i had given sizes etc. I ordered them and the arrived 3 or 4 days later. I've yet to fit them, but the fact that David replied and offered his advice/expertise on a weekend was great customer service! Well done.
